Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If a customer wishes to cancel an order before the order has been dispatched, the customer may request cancellation through our customer support team.

Upon successful cancellation before dispatch, 100% of the product amount paid by the customer will be refunded, subject to any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges, if charged and non-refundable by the payment service provider.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation of the order will generally not be permitted.

If, in exceptional circumstances, the shipment is returned to us after dispatch and the return is accepted, the refund will be limited to the original product value, after deduction of applicable shipping/return charges, if any.

The customer will not be entitled to a refund of shipping charges already incurred by Hybrid Shopping Company for dispatching the order.

3. Shipment Returned Due to Customer-Provided Information or Non-Availability

If an order is returned to us by the courier/delivery partner due to any of the following reasons:

• Incomplete or incorrect delivery address provided by the customer;

• Incorrect or invalid mobile number/contact details provided by the customer;

• Customer not available at the delivery address;

• Customer refusing or failing to accept the shipment;

• Customer not responding to calls/messages from the delivery partner;

• Failure to accept the shipment after the prescribed delivery attempts; or

• Any other reason attributable to the customer,

the order will be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO).

In such cases, if a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed after deducting the actual shipping charges and return/RTO charges charged to us by the delivery partner.

The customer will therefore receive the net eligible product amount after deduction of such actual logistics charges.

4. Re-order / Re-shipment

If the customer wishes to have an RTO shipment re-dispatched, the customer may be required to pay the applicable additional shipping charges before the order is re-dispatched.

Customers are therefore requested to ensure that the delivery address, PIN code, mobile number and other contact details are complete and accurate at the time of placing the order and to remain available to receive the shipment.

Note: Refunds will be processed only after the returned shipment is received by Hybrid Shopping Company and the product is inspected and found to be in acceptable condition.

Wrong Product Ordered by Customer

Customers are requested to carefully check and verify the product details before placing an order, including the product model, size, colour, variant, specifications, compatibility, and other relevant details. Customers are advised to conduct proper research and ensure that the selected product meets their requirements before completing the purchase.

If a customer places an order for the wrong product, model, size, colour, variant, or specification due to an error in selection or ordering, the responsibility for returning the product will rest entirely with the customer.

In such cases:

• The customer will be required to courier the product back to us at their own cost.

• All return courier/shipping charges will be borne and paid by the customer.

• The product must be returned in its original, unused and undamaged condition, along with the original packaging, tags, accessories and other contents, wherever applicable.

• If the product is received by us in a used, damaged, tampered or incomplete condition, the return/refund/replacement request may be rejected and the customer may be liable for the cost of the product.

• Any refund or replacement, where applicable, will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Important: Customers are therefore strongly advised to carefully review all product information and specifications and purchase the product only after satisfying themselves that it is suitable for their requirements. Once an order is placed, any error in product selection made by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.

This policy does not apply where the wrong product has been supplied by Hybrid Shopping Company, or where the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit. Such cases will be handled separately under our applicable Return & Replacement Policy.
